How TelcoSec Research Hub collects, uses, and protects your data.
Data Collection
TelcoSec Research Hub collects anonymized analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4, ID: G-HJSSZ9QBCC) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how security researchers interact with our ITU standards navigation tools. This data includes page views, session duration, and navigation patterns.
Consent & Opt-Out
Analytics collection is governed by Google Consent Mode v2. You can opt out of advanced analytics at any time using the consent banner or your browser's privacy settings. Essential operational metrics are always collected.
HubSpot CRM
If you interact with our Academy funnel (Telecom Security certification pathways on app.telcosec.net), your session may be attributed via UTM parameters to allow us to measure the effectiveness of our educational content.
Data Storage
No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored in the ITU Navigator database. Audit checklist progress is stored locally in your browser session (IndexedDB) when unauthenticated, or in our Cloudflare D1 database when authenticated via Auth0.
